Afterward, we will inspect the fixtures, furniture, and appliances for damage or other issues. If no issues are found, the remaining balance of the security deposit will be returned in full after settling utility bills. * Please be sure to turn off all power when checking out. * Utility bills incurred from the time of use are the responsibility of the user.
