Convenience stores, coffee shops including Ediya within 3 minutes, and Sungeui Station on the Suin Line within 5 minutes' walk. 예쁜 감성 사진을 찍을 수 있고, 조용히 힐링할 수 있는 숙소입니다. 주변에 편의시설이 가깝고 전철역도 신호등 조차 건너지 않는 정도의 가까운 거리에 있어서 도보로 이용하시는 분들도 매우 편하게 이용 가능합니다. 또한 차량의 경우, 1대까지 주차비용이 발생하지 않습니다. 건물에 기계주차할 수 있어 비오는 날에도 비를 맞지 않고 이동이 가능합니다.  일반 공동 주택이므로 시끄럽게 노래를 부르거나 하는 형태의 파티는 불가능 하므로 이점 양지하시어 예약 부탁드립니다.  그리고 안타깝게도 주인이 동물 알레르기가 있어 어떠한 형태의 동물도 동반 불가합니다. 침대에는 라텍스 매트를 깔아두어 손님들께서 편안한 휴식을 가지실 수 있게 배려하였고, 침구도 매일 세탁 및 교체(여벌의 침구는 매일이 아닌 주기적 세탁)를 하고 있습니다.  감사합니다.
