It's close to amenities and the subway station, so you don't even have to cross a traffic light, making it convenient for those who prefer to walk. Furthermore, parking is free for up to one vehicle. Parking is available on the building's premises, so you can enjoy your stay without getting wet, even on rainy days. As this is a general apartment complex, loud singing or parties are not permitted, so please be aware of this when making a reservation. And unfortunately, the owner has an animal allergy, so no animals of any kind are allowed. Latex mattresses are placed on the beds to ensure guests have a comfortable rest, and the bedding is washed and replaced daily (spare bedding is washed periodically, not daily). thank you
