Smoking is strictly, absolutely prohibited indoors. The neighbors on the floors above and below are long-time friends. We kindly ask for your special consideration. Gas and electricity bills are high due to heating costs in the winter and air conditioning usage in the summer. Under Live Anywhere’s policy, the maximum allowance of 100,000 KRW for utilities is woefully insufficient. Please be aware that we may request additional funds for utilities.
