[Lease Agreement for Temporary Use] This contract is a temporary lease agreement for short-term business purposes, providing facilities for business cooperation and support rather than for overnight stays. 1. Contract Details - Security Deposit: 200,000 KRW (Common to all periods) - Rent: 340,000 KRW per week (VAT included) (Price scheduled to increase soon) - Management Fee: 60,000 KRW per week (Paid by the user, calculated as an average fixed cost) (Actual rates may differ slightly; prior consent is required) - Cleaning Fee: 50,000 KRW (For vacancy management) (One-time) 2. (The platform is used solely for brokerage and payment purposes to introduce the space; it is unrelated to any lodging elements or intent.) * Regarding Occupancy Settings The space is sized to be comfortable for up to 2 people and appropriate for up to 4 people. The occupancy limit is merely a mandatory item on the platform and there is no actual limit; however, if 5 or more people stay, it may be inconvenient to use or there may be issues with noise from neighbors.
