Please be advised that additional charges may apply for any damage to facilities or items within the accommodation, as well as for stains or contamination (bloodstains, food seasonings, etc.). (This includes stains that cannot be removed by laundry.) 📍Maintenance Fees and Utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas)📍 ✔️For contracts of one month or longer, payment must be made via bank transfer in advance upon check-in. ✔️★Caution★ If you use excessive electricity or gas, you may be charged additional fees upon check-out. ✔️During the winter season (November to March), city gas usage will be settled based on actual consumption upon check-out.
