It is located a 1-minute walk from Hongik University Station. You can see that almost all amenities are nearby :) This property has the best location accessibility. It's easy to get to anywhere It is also close to the downtown area. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Central Park is also nearby, so you can take a walk. Because it is an aging building I'm trying to manage it as best as I can, but There may be furniture or bathrooms that reflect the life there. The wallpaper has been recently repainted.
