- Apartment with a great view, exclusive elevator - Advantage of a top floor: zero inter-floor noise - Linear Forest Park right in front of the building - DMC Station and Gajwa Station are within a 10-minute walk, and - Buses 7013A, 7013B, and 7737 have stops right in front of the building, making subway transfers convenient. - You can travel to areas such as Hongik University Station and Ilsan from the bus stop in front of the building. - Homeplus is within a 10-minute drive. Hongik University Station, Yeonnam-dong, and Digital Media City are all within a 10-minute drive from the accommodation. - 10-minute walk from DMC Station (Take a walk along the beautiful linear forest path) - 7-minute walk from Gajwa Station - Bus transfer within 5 minutes in front of DMC Station Exit 8 (7013, 7737) - Bus transfer within 1 minute in front of Gajwa Station Exit 2 (7013, 7737) - Take the bus to Hongik Univ. from the bus stop in front of the house. - If you go towards Gajwa Station Exit 3 (Moranae Market), there are many buses going to Jongno and Gangnam. - The host uses this as a weekend second home, so it is available for short-term rental with household items already in place. The rent and maintenance fees have been kept low to account for this. - You may use all the tools, but please be careful not to take them or damage them. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including e-cigarettes!! (A fine will be imposed for smoking, and additional cleaning fees will be charged.) - Please be especially careful of fire hazards!! - Please be sure to leave a message upon check-in and check-out!! We will do our best to be at eye level with our guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚭 Foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, cannot be consumed indoors. When using the barbecue, please use the portable gas burners provided in the storage room (you must bring your own butane gas). The use of charcoal and firewood is prohibited to prevent fires. Please wash the portable gas burner immediately after use.
