The surrounding area consists mainly of villas and country houses. A large supermarket (E-Mart) is located within a 10-minute drive. There are about four convenience stores within walking distance, and the city center, located a 10-minute drive away, is well-equipped with daily amenities such as hospitals and restaurants. It is also convenient for traveling to Hwadamsup Forest, ski resorts, and other beautiful spots in Yangpyeong.
