- It is a 45-minute drive from Gangdong-gu, Seoul on weekdays. - It is a 15-minute walk from Asin Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line subway. (It is difficult to walk up due to the steep incline.) - A private pool villa with a panoramic view and a spacious garden, accessible within 45 minutes from Seoul. - This is a large mansion consisting of 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room (total 35 pyeong) + indoor swimming pool (4 pyeong) + open deck (20 pyeong) + garden (125 pyeong). - My in-laws used to live here, but they recently moved to Seoul, so I'm uploading this after renovation. It's a warm space filled with the laughter of three generations of the family. - Once your reservation is complete, we will send you a text message with instructions for check-in. - A cleaning fee of 1 million won will be charged if smoking is found indoors. - The house is on top of a mountain so the view is great and it is located in a quiet village. - You can use the entire house and yard, not just a portion of the space. Those who sign up early will be lucky :)

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking will result in a cleaning fee of 1 million won. - BBQ is available on the outdoor deck.
