If violated, a special cleaning fee of 300,000 won will be charged. ✔️ Recycling and food waste separation are essential. ✔️ Check-in: After 4 PM / Check-out: 11 AM (negotiable depending on the situation)✔️ This is a quiet residential area, so you may be asked to leave if you make excessive noise. ✔️ The condition of the facility will be shared with photos before the start of the contract, and additional costs will be charged in case of damage/severe contamination. ✔️ Short-term rentals cannot be reported as move-ins. ✔️ The accommodation is a two-room for individual and single team use, just like the actual photos. 🌄Parking is not guaranteed, but you can park if there are 2 spaces in the parking lot. Usually, if you are not too late, there are parking spaces in the surrounding parking lots.
