It holds the very breath of an old Jeju house nestled quietly in that place. The scenery viewed over the stone walls still retains its old-world charm, while the lives of the Jeju people are fully infused within the house. This house is divided into an ‘An-geori’ and an ‘Bak-geori.’ The inner ‘An-geori,’ where the family gathered to share stories, and the outer ‘Bak-geori,’ where guests were welcomed, work was done, and household chores were managed. These two spaces, infused with the lives of the Jeju people, naturally share their roles even today, offering a cozy rest to those who stay.
