Large Hanaro Mart and Daiso 7 minutes away by car This is an ocean view premium rental house right in front of Gwudeok Port. There is a large lawn, barbecue table, 2nd floor terrace, and outdoor jacuzzi outside. The main building's interior is a fully-optioned premium rental house where you can comfortably stay, with a Giacomo sofa, Dyson dryer, 4K beam projector, Karcher vacuum cleaner, capsule coffee machine, bidet, etc. There are also three wall-mounted air conditioners, so you can stay in a cool space in the middle of summer with lower heating costs than an oil boiler. The ocean view from the living room window is a place where you can be happy just by looking at it. The annex interior has a table where you can barbecue indoors when it rains, snows, or is windy, as well as a large washing machine and dryer set and a two-person sauna with a view of the sea, making it a space that provides relaxation, health, comfort, and healing.
