If you deposit a utility deposit of 500,000 KRW to J-Jungwon on the day of move-in, the actual usage amount will be deducted after check-out, and the deposit will be returned the following day. ※ The Live Anyway deposit is a separate guarantee against damage or loss; it will be returned after check-out if there are no issues. 🐶 Pets Allowed An additional cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW applies if you bring a pet.
