(If violations are found, a special cleaning fee will be charged, and the contract will be terminated without a refund.) - Washing dishes, trash, and clearing the floors before check-out is a mandatory requirement for tenants. - Separate charges will apply for excessive usage of electricity, gas, water, etc.
