Free parking officetel on the 12th floor right in front of Gwangalli Beach

The place is exactly the same in the pictures. It's right in front of Gwangalli beach and there are many convenience stores, restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. The subway station is 10 mins away and a bus station 2 mins away. I stayed with a friend and though I personally found the mattress a little hard, we had no trouble sleeping when sharing 1 bed. We encountered a scary situation when the police went up with my friend to our room because they said it was illegal air bnb stay. Thankfully I can speak korean and told them it's not air bnb. The owner reassured me the same. If it happens to anyone else, don't worry they won't do anything scary and the LiveAnywhere lease contract is legal. I plan to come again to Busan and if I stay long, I will come back here! Thank you for your fast replies and warm welcome! :)

Beautifully decorated apartment in the absolute best location right in front of Gwangalli Beach! There are tons of restaurants, bars, and transport options just steps away. The host was incredibly nice, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The only minor downside for me was that the bed was a bit too hard, but besides that, everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

I was nervous since it was my first time renting a short-term accommodation, but fortunately I stayed in a clean room that looked exactly like the pictures. It was lively since it's right in front of the beach with lots of people, but the thick balcony windows meant there was no noise at all. Both hot water and air conditioning worked well, and there were plenty of storage spaces, so I think even people with lots of luggage can stay comfortably. I'm leaving with wonderful memories.

The location is great, and parking is convenient. It's a brand new officetel. While small, it's perfect for one person. It's also more than enough for two. The heating and plumbing are excellent. It's located on the first row of Gwangalli Beach. The terrace offers an ocean view. There's plenty of food. My younger sibling, who was on holiday from abroad, had a great time. ^^ Thank you.

The location is the best. It's clean and everything is great.
