There are a lot of places near the house, including Hanaro Mart, a local large mart, Daiso, Starbucks, franchise cafes, convenience stores, and restaurants. You can see the ocean clearly right from the rooftop. It is within a 1-minute walk of the beach. Within a 5-minute walk, there are also sports facilities available, including a swimming pool daily pass for 3,600 won. Most importantly, it is a detached house with a yard and a large whirlpool tub available for use. There is also a warehouse-style gym equipped with a 32-inch TV, treadmill, multi-rack, leg curl and leg extension machine, and even a dual-monitor PC (available for a very low fee). You can comfortably enjoy a cup of tea in the front yard with its beautiful garden and fully savor the freshness of Jeju. (We have grown lettuce, perilla leaves, basil, arugula, and green onions, so feel free to eat them! Please water them once a day.) You can also run around and play in the large backyard. The living room is finished with cypress wood, and you can use this very spacious area at an unbelievable rate. That is why we only want to welcome wonderful guests. Pets are allowed.
