🩷 It is a 5-minute walk from Nowon Station (Lines 4 and 7). 🩷 Nowon Station is accessible via airport bus. 🩷 Sanggye Paik Hospital, Lotte Department Store, Daiso, convenience stores, supermarkets, Starbucks, Olive Young, etc. are nearby. 🩷 Large ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom - Cooler in summer / - Warmer in winter 💗 Please let us know the number of guests, purpose of visit, and date of use. 💗 Since it is on the 1st floor, there are no issues with noise between floors (it is okay to run around 🙈). - It is a 5-minute walk from Nowon Station Exit 5. - Nowon Station (Lines 4 & 7) - Free parking available within the complex - All amenities are close by within a 200-meter radius, including Lotte Department Store, restaurants, supermarkets, Daiso, Starbucks, Subway, Paik Hospital, etc. 🤭 - 1 large bedroom / Spacious living room with a separate layout like a two-room apartment 👍 / Full balcony in front / Great for storing large items (travel bags) - 2 double beds / Accommodates 4 people / No extra charge - Internet Wi-Fi - Cable TV - Smart TV, OTT available (your account) - Fire extinguisher 💗 Although it is an older apartment complex, the large trees and low-rise buildings within the complex give it a strong natural feel~^^ It is great for walking along the nearby Danghyeoncheon walking path. Contrary to the atmosphere of the complex, a 5-minute walk away allows you to enjoy the many commercial areas of Nowon Station, and walking in the opposite direction leads to Sanggye Paik Hospital, a semi-general hospital. This is a space I have personally managed with meticulous care and decorated with great affection. It is clean enough to move in and live comfortably with just your belongings. Although it is an older apartment, I invite you to an apartment filled with the sensibilities of nature.
