The host personally manages and cleans the property, and it has been decorated to be a tranquil space perfect for spending quiet time alone in an Oriental-style setting. Essential electronic devices and shower amenities are also provided so you can spend your stay comfortably, even if only for a short time. The air conditioner was completely disassembled and cleaned in early June. We perform regular disassembly cleaning every year. ❣️ Standard occupancy: 2 people 📍 Parking Parking is available for long-term stays of 2 weeks or more, and a parking fee applies. It is a mechanical parking system that can accommodate cars up to medium size. Vehicles larger than that cannot be parked (e.g., SUVs). 🐶 Pet Information An additional fee of 50,000 KRW per week applies. Only one small dog weighing under 7kg that is well-house-trained is allowed. Since this is an officetel, it may be difficult to accommodate dogs that bark excessively.
