Lotte Fresh Mart is located on the ground floor of the building, just a 1-minute walk away. Numerous hospitals, pharmacies, and brand-name coffee shops are within a 1-2 minute walk. The Jeong Yak-yong Library is located across the street, an 8-minute walk away, and Donong Station on the Gyeongui-Jungang Line is just a 1-minute walk away. With dozens of buses on all routes passing by frequently within a 30-second walk, transportation is the greatest advantage of this space. Only small and well-behaved pets are allowed. {Special cleaning fee: ₩100,000!} Please note that if furniture or wallpaper is damaged, 100% of the repair costs will be charged, so we kindly ask that you only bring well-behaved pets. 🙏~~~ Right next door is the small, fresh-air Hwanggeumsan Mountain, which is a great place for a light stroll. Although it is more of a hill than a mountain, it is a nice spot that takes about 30 minutes round trip. Hyundai Premium Outlets are within a 10-minute drive, and Guri Seafood Market is within a 5-minute drive. Guri Doldari Traditional Market and Donggu Royal Tombs are also within a 10-minute drive. There are many great places where you can rediscover our history. Our accommodation is located in a clean, newly built building constructed in 2022. It features two elevators for quick and convenient movement, and there are plenty of storage cabinets inside, making it great for storing various clothes and supplies. With ample mattress toppers and extra blankets, it is a clean and cozy space comfortable for about three people to stay in!!! Also, in accordance with regulations for short-term rentals rather than lodging businesses, you must bring your own personal toiletries (shampoo, razor, towel, tissues, etc.) and garbage bags!! Please check the exact number of guests, and if bringing pets, please make sure to check the number of pets as well! {Since pets are allowed, only up to two small pets are permitted.
