There is a bank ATM on the first floor of the building, and there are many restaurants nearby. There is a bus stop in front of the building, and transportation is convenient as it is located on a main road. There is a large restaurant right next to the building, and next to that, there is a regular Korean restaurant and a bakery. Located on a main road, it is a 6-minute walk from Exit 3 of Gangdong Station on Line 5. Situated on the 5th floor, it is relatively quiet, and you can easily access the rooftop. The walls are thick, making it quieter than a typical goshiwon due to its resistance to noise. You can comfortably use the washing machine and dryer with free detergent, and rice and kimchi are provided. There is a shared induction cooktop in the kitchen. Although there is no elevator, the ceiling height is not high, so it is not difficult to navigate.
