The host responded very quickly, which was incredibly helpful from the booking stage onwards. The spacious yard is full of mandarin orange trees, and the views from each room's window are absolutely beautiful. The view of Hallasan and the sea from the rooftop was especially stunning, and just spending time at the picnic table during sunset was reason enough to have chosen this place. The neighborhood is quiet yet convenient, with convenience stores and a library nearby, making it easy to get around. Thanks to the warm, homey atmosphere, I was able to stay comfortably and happily. 🏡

<4/29~5/13_Two Weeks in Jeju> When planning a trip with my parents in their 70s, I focused on finding a place that would be comfortable for them. The deciding factor was that this detached house had three bedrooms. When my family, accustomed to apartment living in Seoul, visited this house, my parents felt much more at ease. The interior design reminded them of Jeong-pal's house from the TV show "Reply 1988," and my parents seemed to enjoy reminiscing about the bustling days when they were raising my sibling and me. They were very comfortable and happy. What surprised us upon moving in was that there was road construction happening in front of the house. While we felt disappointed, the host had informed us in advance, and since we were travelers who spent time sleeping, resting, and going out frequently, we didn't worry too much about it. One morning, after going out and returning for lunch, we heard construction noise. To help with digestion, my mom and I went up to the rooftop to watch the construction site. Suddenly, two construction workers came over to us. We were startled, but they apologized for the construction noise and gave us a basket of fresh Japanese horse mackerel that had just arrived at the port. We wondered if our attention had made them feel burdened, but it was the first time we'd encountered this type of fish, and we grilled and enjoyed it deliciously that evening. Thanks to these heartwarming encounters with the kind Jeju residents and our thoughtful host, we filled our leisurely two-week stay in Jeju with warmth.

Two families stayed here for a vacation and a break. The yard and interior of the house were really spacious, which was great :) It's a bit older, but it was much cleaner than I expected! It had all the necessary cooking utensils and plenty of dishes, so we cooked without any issues. More importantly, it was great that there was a dryer, so we could do our laundry right away. The kids were able to run around and play without any noise from upstairs, which was great. The house is spacious, but even with just one air conditioner, it was surprisingly cool! The view of the tangerine trees from every window made it great for summer, but I thought it would be great in winter too. The quiet neighborhood was also great. We loved our coffee, so there's a delicious and affordable cafe nearby. Soesokkak is just a short walk away, and the view is truly breathtaking. It seemed like everything was just a short drive away. I think we'd have a satisfying trip just by visiting the places the host recommended! Thanks to you, we've made some great memories, and I'd love to visit again if I get the chance :)

This was our first stay in Jeju Island for a full month, and we had a wonderful time enjoying the quiet and leisurely days!!! It's an older house, but the yard and house are spacious, and the interior is neat and tastefully decorated, so it was wonderful! The kids were able to have fun and play without worrying about noise from upstairs! Haha Actually, we went out and came back after dark, so we didn't have much time to run around in the yard, but we were surprised to see some neighborhood dogs in the yard. Our second stay was near the airport, and both my husband and kids often said it was much quieter and better. The facilities and amenities were all generous, and we had no problems staying there. The host was also very friendly, and answered our questions promptly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the Seogwipo area! 😊
