Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚭 Consumption of strong-smelling foods, such as fish and meat, is not permitted inside. There is no cleaning fee, so you must perform basic cleaning before moving out and separate and dispose of all trash upon departure. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee of 50,000 KRW. Pets are not allowed; if found, a special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged. You must restore the property to its original condition if there is any damage, contamination, or foul odor. If you reside for more than one month, an additional fee may be requested for any monthly management fee (including gas heating) exceeding 300,000 KRW.
