Hamdeok Beach Yard with Greenhouse | Detached House with All Nearby Amenities

I fell in love at first sight when I saw the small courtyard with a stone wall in the introduction photo. For this trip, what I was looking for in accommodation was <a small detached house with a courtyard, not in a remote location, accessible by public transportation, close enough to walk to the beach and back, and reasonably priced>. When I wrote it down, I wondered if such a place even existed... but here it is!! ㅎㅎㅎ Although it's a small detached house, the courtyard gives it an open feeling. There's a screen door installed, so even with the door open, there weren't major bug issues. Even after 8 PM the streets get dark, but there's a Hamdeok police box nearby, and there's a small bar and restaurant next door that operates until 11 PM, which gave me great peace of mind. The shop is so quiet you wouldn't even know if there were customers. It's less than a 2-minute walk to the bus stop, and since the house isn't right on the road, it still has that detached house feel. Just across the street is the Hamdeok Beach promenade, which is great for biking, and a little further down is the swimming beach, so you can walk back after swimming without needing to shower. And there's a yoga studio a 7-minute walk away that offers week-long stay classes, which is perfect for getting that Jeju living experience in a short time. Seriously, just a short walk away and there are convenience stores, coffee shops, and great restaurants everywhere ㅋ Ah... I really think this place is optimized for anyone regardless of age or gender, but especially for scaredy-cats like me + people who prefer walking + solo female travelers ㅎㅎ Oh, and the fact that I could communicate well with the host was such a great part of it too.

I had a wonderful week-long vacation with my dog and my younger sibling! It was the perfect place for two people and a dog to spend time together. It was a welcoming place to stay with our 10kg Jindo mix. There was a kitchen, so we could comfortably eat and cook (bring your own bedding, towels, and toilet paper). I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but it was a clean, warm, and pretty place. I highly recommend it for 1-2 people with my own money. 🍀 I had a great rest.

I was looking for a private house where I could stay with my dog, and it turned out to be the perfect environment—not isolated at all, with nearby infrastructure and the beach within walking distance. There's a police box right in front of the alley, multiple convenience stores just outside, restaurants open late, and quiet bars, so I felt secure traveling alone as a woman. The best moment was walking to Hamdok Beach, climbing up Seowobong, and watching the sunset. I want to visit again. It was such a satisfying trip for the price—!

The host is very kind and responds very quickly :) I had such a happy week-long trip to Jeju after finding a cozy and safe accommodation :) Thanks to the mini fireplace where BBQ is possible, I was able to enjoy watching the flames to my heart's content and stay with the dogs - it's such a great place that I feel like I can plan another trip anytime!! I slept so well lol I slept in late every day, but thanks to that, I checked out without any fatigue :)

It's a cozy home👍 It's right in front of Hamduk Beach, so we went in and had a lot of fun and made wonderful memories. The Hamduk sea was truly beautiful🐬 The location was really great, and it was convenient with a convenience store and cafe just 1 minute away. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience!

After retirement, I challenged a 2-week stay with my dog~!! It's great for the two of us, and there are so many nearby restaurants and places to visit. Since I've been to Hamdeok many times during vacations, the surrounding infrastructure is amazing~ The accommodation has a nice atmosphere and a yard, it was great~ I'll challenge it again in the fall~~^^

The owner is very kind, the place is very clean, and the yard is spacious, so I went with my two dogs and it was great!! There was also a place in the yard that blocked the wind, which was really nice!! I will come back again next time I come to Jeju!

I had a great month staying at this cozy and clean accommodation. It was very convenient to live in the area as it is close to Hamdok Beach.
