Common Ground is across the street, and the Lamb Skewer Street is just a little further away. Large shopping facilities such as Lotte Department Store, Star City branch, and E-Mart Jayang branch are close by. Seongsu is within 10 minutes, and there are many great restaurants and cafes. Most places around Konkuk University are great restaurants, haha. There are so many, but if I had to pick one, there is a udon noodle place near Konkuk University just 2 minutes away. It's great for a quick lunch or dinner, and the menu is diverse! Station Area A cozy and stable house featuring white and wood tones. Located just a 2-3 minute walk from Konkuk Univ. Station. The large windows let in plenty of sunlight, making the space very bright even without turning on the lights. It is conveniently situated right in front of a food street with convenience stores, cafes, and more. This is a studio apartment optimized for single occupancy. We welcome Konkuk University and Sejong University students, professionals working near Seongsu Station, entry-level employees, interns, and business travelers visiting Seoul. Additionally, room reservation inquiries are available at any time. After check-in, inquiries are accepted from 6 PM to 10 PM on weekdays and from 10 AM to 5 PM on weekends. Room Usage Guide Move-in is conducted remotely. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. The room is optimized for single occupancy. (Double occupancy is not permitted. Violation will result in eviction.) Detailed instructions will be provided upon reservation confirmation. Check-in is at 3 PM / Check-out is at 11 AM. As this is a residential area, please be mindful of noise after 10 PM. Please do not flush foreign objects such as wet wipes or toilet paper down the toilet. (The cost will be borne by the guest in case of issues.) Since this is a short-term rental rather than a lodging establishment, you are responsible for basic cleaning, dishwashing, and trash disposal (recycling and sorting) during your stay. Due to rental regulations, toothbrushes, personal hygiene items, and disposable products cannot be provided, so you must bring your own. :) Bedding and amenities cannot be provided due to rental regulations. For an additional 20,000 KRW, we can rent you a neatly laundered bedding set. (Please inquire; it may be available for free through a review event.)

This is a short-term stay. Some daily necessities may not be provided. Please note that terms and services differ from standard accommodations.
This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)
