- The studio is quite spacious, so it is suitable for two people. - It is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk (which doubles as a dining table and vanity), cooking utensils, a drying rack, etc., and features an elevator for your convenience. - Daily life is convenient with convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, the Dokkaebi Market, supermarkets, and hospitals nearby. - Gyeongchun Line Forest Park, Rose Garden, Taereung Stream, Jungnang Stream, and Bonghwasan Mountain are close by, making it great for exercise such as walking and cycling. - For hygiene reasons, bedding is not provided. - Move-in and move-out confirmations are conducted remotely. (Move-in is at 3:00 PM and move-out is at 11:00 AM; the password will be sent via chat prior to move-in.) - Upon move-out, please restore the property to its original condition as it was when you moved in. - Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited within the building (including the 1st-floor parking lot). Violations will result in eviction and compensation for damages.
