It is close to Children's Grand Park, providing a space for walks. As a women-only accommodation, women in their 20s and 30s can live safely. Security is thorough thanks to the keypad door locks. The shower and toilet are separate, making it more convenient to use. A dryer is available for free use. There are three washing machines, making laundry convenient. The hallways are cleaned daily with a robot vacuum, ensuring cleanliness.
