This is a clean and quiet accommodation with a great sense of openness, featuring a duplex layout, very high ceilings, and a size more than 1.5 times larger than a typical officetel!! Just one step out from the building, you will find a convenience store, numerous restaurants and coffee shops, and many hospitals within the same building. It is located in a prime commercial area with the best infrastructure, just 1-2 minutes from Dasan Station on Line 8, making everything convenient!! @ Hyundai Premium Outlet: 3-minute drive (10-minute walk) @ Dasan-dong E-Mart: 6-minute drive @ Guri Agricultural and Fisheries Market: 6-minute drive @ Donggu Royal Tomb (Korean Cultural Heritage): 10-minute drive There is a Linear Theme Park right in front of the accommodation, making it great for walks.
