It is the perfect location for exploring the city center on foot, including Daereungwon, Gyerim, Gyochon Village, Cheomseongdae, Bonghwangdae, and Hwangnidan-gil. With the large Seongdong Market and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk, it is very convenient to live here. This is an old villa located in a village with a tranquil, old-world charm. It has recently been remodeled and is very clean. Since it is an old building, there is absolutely no noise between floors, making it a great space for comfortable relaxation. I recommend this to anyone who wants to heal while enjoying nature with a relaxed mind. Regarding reviews mentioning weak water pressure, we have installed a state-of-the-art pump to completely resolve the issue.
