About this place

This newly built apartment is located in a quiet residential area and offers a pleasant atmosphere. It seems ideal for families to relax and unwind. The river path right next to it is perfect for a run. Songjeong Beach is a 10-minute walk away (driving is also a good option with excellent parking facilities), and Anmok Beach (Gangneung's famous coffee street) is a 15-minute walk away; driving is also recommended. The entire beach path is lined with pine forests, making it great for walking while enjoying the ocean view or walking barefoot. Walking along the sandy beach while watching the sunset is an instant form of healing.

Hanaro Mart is within walking distance, and E-Mart is also within walking distance along the river path. The Municipal Library and Chodang Library are nearby (3-4 bus stops away). It is nice to walk to Songjeong Beach and go barefoot in the evening. The pine forest path at Songjeong Beach is also wonderful to walk along. You can even walk to Anmok Beach, which has many coffee shops. Ocean view and river view are available. It is newly built, so it is clean. We also have a house in Seoul, so we come and go. When we use it, we will go to Seoul or we will be traveling to another city. It will be more convenient because there is everything you need to leave your luggage. There is also enough space to leave your luggage. It is a newly built apartment near the ocean, so it will be very comfortable for families to come and rest.
