During the day, you can enjoy sunbathing while gazing at the East Sea and Dongmyeong Port. You can see Yeonggeumjeong Pavilion and the lighthouse, as well as the passenger ships docked at Dongmyeong Port. At night, it is an even more delightful space where you can admire the city's night view, including the Pocha Street and Dongmyeong Port, as well as the colorful Ferris wheel at Sokcho Beach. In the summer, you can step out to the beach right in front and enjoy the emerald-colored sea. Yeongnangho Lake is located behind the property, making it perfect for a stroll. In spring and autumn, you can enjoy the scenery of Mt. Seorak. There are plenty of delicious and trendy restaurants and cafes nearby. There is a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. Convenient contactless check-in is available. The front door password will be automatically sent on the morning of your arrival. Please check your message. Open the front door and touch the smart light on the left. Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards Check-out: 11:00 AM Check-in and check-out times are adjustable. 😎 The guest rooms (including the veranda) are non-smoking areas. 💏 Entry is not permitted for guests other than those booked. If there are additional guests beyond the standard 2 people, we will provide extra bedding upon payment of an additional fee; please contact us in advance. 👉 Please make sure to brush off any sand at the sculpture next to the convenience store before entering. 🍓 Additional charges will unfortunately apply for excessive use of electricity and water, or if room cleaning is required in an unreasonable manner. 💏 Please refer to the information board in the guest room for room usage guidelines and precautions. 🚗 Parking Information 🚗 ■ Our accommodation offers free parking, and you can register in advance. Parking Registration Webpage: Before entering ■ After checking in, you must register your parking yourself by following the instructions posted on the inside of the guest room door. Upon entering your room after parking, please follow the parking registration (QR code) instructions at the entrance to register your parking and use the parking lot for free. Passenger cars must use the mechanical parking system. Severe penalties will be imposed if a passenger car is parked in an SUV parking space (ground parking space). To use the SUV parking area, please follow the parking attendant's instructions after entering the parking lot. 😍 Free parking is also available on the coastal road in front of the accommodation. Except during the peak season of July and August, after unloading your luggage at the building lobby entrance, there is a free parking space on Deungdae Beach Road just a 30-second walk away, making it much more convenient without waiting time for entry or exit.
