It is a quiet neighborhood, so there is no animal noise (chickens, dogs) or noise between floors, which is an advantage of living alone. This is a healing space where even those who are sensitive to noise can rest comfortably. 📍 Location and surroundings Deokcheon-ri is divided into Sangdeokcheon Village and Hadeokcheon Village, and the surrounding area is dotted with clusters of mountains such as Jucheoreum, Bukoreum, Eodaeoreum, and Sagunioreum, as well as farmland and Gotjawal. Neighboring villages include Seonheul-ri to the west, Songdang-ri to the east, and Gimnyeong-ri to the north. Famous attractions include Manjanggul Cave, Ananti Golf Course, Dongbaekdongsan Mountain, and Deokcheon Training Center. The Sangdeokcheon Village near this property is a small village with about 50 households, and recently many cafes, pensions, bed and breakfasts, and guesthouses have opened.
