Surroundings & additional info

3-minute drive to Daejeong Nonghyup Hanaro Mart 50 minutes from the airport 5-7 minutes by car to Daejeong-eup Close to Moseulpo Port, Sagye Beach, and Sanbangsan Mountain 15 minutes by car to Osulloc, Camellia Hill, and Songaksan Mountain 5 minutes by car to Sagye Beach, Miyoungine, Seonchaehyang, and Yongmeori Coast Our accommodation can accommodate a total of 3 guests: 2 adults and up to 1 infant (3 years old or younger). The interior is clean and well-equipped for your convenience, featuring a washing machine, dryer, dehumidifier, vacuum cleaner, and tableware. The washing machine is located under the sink right in front of the bathroom, and the dryer is installed inside the boiler room right next to the entrance. The washing machine and dryer are located close to each other. The washing machine and dryer are not shared with the main building; they are installed inside the studio. In the glass greenhouse, there is a tea table, two chairs, and a bookshelf (equipped with Woongjin Creative Storybooks). Since the windows and doors of the glass greenhouse are made of wood, they may not lock properly due to contraction in winter and expansion in summer. When going out or sleeping, please lock the folding door between the studio and the glass greenhouse. Located within the village, it offers convenient living. Daejeong Hanaro Mart is located a 3-minute drive away, making it easy to purchase daily necessities. It is also convenient to charge your electric vehicle while shopping at Daejeong Hanaro Mart, and there is a gas station nearby. The Daejeong Oil Market (held on the 1st and 6th of each month) is within a 10-minute drive. You can also reach Daejeong-eup within 10 minutes by village bus. There is a bus stop located a 2-3 minute walk from the house. Daejeong-eup offers many conveniences for daily living and dining options, including Daiso and Paris Baguette. Some places also offer delivery services. There are private clinics in Daejeong-eup as well. Sagyebada and Sanbangsan Mountain are about a 5-minute drive away. Within a 15-minute drive, you can find Osulloc Tea Plantation, Camellia Hill, Shinhwa World, and Sanbangsan Carbonated Hot Springs. Songaksan Mountain is also nearby, so I recommend taking a walk along the Songaksan Mountain Trail. There are many trendy coffee shops nearby (Poby, Ins*, Beljin*, Muro*, Manorble*, Forest J.Cow**, etc.). You can also have a barbecue party in the yard. You can grill meat in the yard and then dine at a table in the restaurant building right next door. (The dining building is a shared space used by guests in both the main building and the annex.) You can use the sink and refrigerator without having to go to the studio. Since some female guests are unable to light a fire with firewood, we have provided outdoor gas burners and grills, so please feel free to use whichever is more convenient for you. (Please do not grill meat in the frying pan provided in the accommodation.) The smell of meat lingers in the dining building, so please do not grill meat and only eat. You can use the indoor jacuzzi in the dining building (shared space). It is large enough for about two adults to fit in. There is a charge of 10,000 won per use (gas, water, and sewage fees). You must inform us in advance before use. The recycling area (including food waste) is a 2-minute walk away. You do not need to drive to the recycling area. Although our accommodation has a swimming pool in the dining building, we ask for your understanding that it is not available for use for safety reasons. The parking lot accommodates two vehicles. This allows for one vehicle for the guest in the main house and one vehicle for the guest in the annex. Please park any guest vehicles within the garden on the main road. As stated in the accommodation facilities section, consumables such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap are not provided. (A vacuum cleaner is available.) *Due to the host's personal circumstances, we are currently accepting reservations for stays of 14 nights or longer (15-week stays). Occasionally, if there is a gap of about a week after bookings for stays of 15 nights or longer, we open up reservations for 1-week stays. We are writing this to ask for your understanding, as we sometimes have to decline reservations from those who apply outside of the available 1-week stay period. *Explanation of pricing for Live Anywhere during the "Peak Season." At Live Anywhere, a 29-night (1-month) stay is usually cheaper than a 14-night (15-week) stay. This is a discount for long-term stays. However, this does not apply during the "Peak Season." In other words, the price for a 15-day stay during the peak season is the same regardless of the season, but long-term accommodation discounts do not apply to 1-month stays.
