A detached studio apartment near Jeju City Hall, suitable for a one-month stay.

This accommodation has many advantages. 1. The place is clean and fully equipped. As it is a newly built officetel, it is clean, and the facilities (refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, etc.) are excellent, making it very suitable for long-term stays. Everything is there. Furthermore, it is very quiet. There is enough space for two people, and the layout with a separate bedroom and living room makes it very comfortable for resting. 2. Transportation is very convenient. I walked Olle Trail courses 14 through 21, and it was easy to access any course. Since it is located in front of Jeju City Hall, there is a wide variety of public transportation available. There is a bus stop within 1 to 3 minutes. 3. The host is very kind. They responded quickly and promptly, which allowed me to stay comfortably. I experienced absolutely no inconvenience. They also provided plenty of bedding and towels, which I used well. 4. I highly recommend this accommodation. If I stay in the Jeju City area for more than a week, I would definitely consider revisiting.

My first impression was that the location is on a main road, so accessibility is great, and the house was really clean! The bedding was also cleanly washed and the cleaning condition was good. It was convenient to live in because it was well-equipped with a TV and washing machine, etc.! The soundproofing is good and it's quiet, so it's comfortable to sleep after getting off work in the morning after a night shift. However, the emergency exit light is bright, so even if I turn off all the lights, it's still a bit bright lol. If I had to name one downside, it would be that I have to go a bit far to throw away the trash. The host was also kind and responded quickly, so I was grateful! If I come to Jeju again next time, I would like to use it again.

The house is in the same condition as the photos you uploaded. The transportation is very convenient, it's clean, and everything was great. I stayed comfortably without any inconvenience. However, those who cook their own meals at home might think that the dishware is somewhat lacking. That said, it's fine for eating takeout. Since it's around City Hall, there's plenty of food to eat, and there are many buses heading east when walking around, so I got to visit various places like Seongeup, Sehwa, and Gimnyeong. I'd like to come back again next time when I stay in Jeju for a month. Thank you for a great rest!

The room was very clean, all the dishes were beautiful, and I really liked that the rooms were separated!
