It has been recently renovated and refurbished. The interior has been finished with eco-friendly paint and high-quality porcelain tiles, removing all existing wallpaper, to provide a cleaner and healthier living environment. Natural light comes in well, and the clean finish eliminates the dark feeling typical of semi-basements. It is located approximately 7 minutes' walk from Kkachisan Station, making it very convenient for using public transportation and offering convenient facilities nearby. ◇Bedding and amenities All items are provided in a washed condition for the first time. If you don't want it, we'll take it out in advance. ◇Check-in & Check-out Check-in is at 12:00 and check-out is at 1:00. Check-in and check-out times can be adjusted. Additional inquiries per day are possible ◇Move-in is conducted remotely, and once the contract is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions on moving in and use. The basic occupancy is 3 people ◇Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. (Fire and smoke detectors are available.) ◇ There are well-equipped parks nearby, perfect for walking or exercising. (Kkachisan Neighborhood Park 400m, Bongjesan Neighborhood Park 1km) ◇Small dogs and cats (under 5 kg) are accepted, but an additional 100,000 won will be charged for special cleaning.
