Any traces of smoking or odors will result in a separate cleaning fee. * Because it is located in a quiet residential area, parties are prohibited and we ask that you be mindful of excessive noise such as loud singing, drinking, and dancing. *Cooking of foods with strong odors or oil splashes is not allowed. (No seasoning) * No visits or overnight stays for those not included in the reservation (there is CCTV at the entrance/exit. If caught, you will be evicted) * Please use the furniture and fixtures decorated with love with care. (Information on compensation in case of loss or damage) * Entry with pets is not permitted. * Please clean up after using the facilities, including recycling separation. (Food waste, plastic recycling bags, and volume-based waste bags provided)
