It is also a beautiful house that has been recognized to the point of receiving an award from the Seoul Metropolitan Government Architectural Association. It is located in the heart of Seoul, just 1.6km from Gyeongbokgung Station and Gwanghwamun, but you can still hear the air and birdsong of Inwangsan Mountain from your home. It is also great to read a book on the second floor while looking down at the rooftops of Cheong Wa Dae and Gyeongbokgung Palace, or enjoy brunch in the yard. If you want to feel nature in the city, enjoy Seochon's cute shops and delicious restaurants, enjoy walking, or spend some quiet time in a small house with high architectural perfection, you'll really like this place.

Please refrain from making loud noises in the yard so as not to inconvenience the neighbors. -This is a precious house that was built with great care from design to materials for residential purposes. We would appreciate it if you use it without damaging the walls or floor. -Because it is a wooden building, it is vulnerable to fire. Please never use open flames (such as blue stars) in the yard.
