Chung-Ang University and Chung-Ang University Hospital are within 5 minutes. A large, comfortable, and cost-effective studio apartment with a separate unit. It is located on the 4th floor, so it may not be suitable for the elderly to go up and down, but it is cost-effective and suitable for 4 people. It has two sofa beds for two people and one sofa bed for one person, so up to five people can use it. It is one of the short-term rental accommodations that I run. The only thing is that there is no additional charge for up to 5 people.
