(Cleaning fees will be charged if stains or odor problems occur.) ∙ Heating devices (heaters, electric blankets, etc.) can be used after receiving approval from the administrator. ∙ Please be quiet after 10 PM. Please be considerate of other housemates. <🛁Bathroom/Toilet Rules> ∙ After use, remove moisture from the floor and control humidity by using a ventilation fan. ∙ Please be considerate when using public bathrooms (we recommend using them for no more than 15 minutes). ∙ Please use the personal toiletry storage locker by checking the room number on the provided shelf. ∙ Do not throw foreign objects other than toilet paper into the toilet. This may cause the toilet to clog. <🍽️ Kitchen Use Rules> ∙ Before/after cooking, be sure to clean/wash the kitchen, cooking utensils, and dishes immediately. ∙ Please return used cooking utensils and tableware to their original locations. ∙ When storing food in the refrigerator, please indicate your name and check-out date. ∙ Leftover food must be stored in an airtight container and discarded when the expiration date has passed. ∙ To prevent fire, do not leave the cooking area unattended during cooking. <👖Laundry Room Usage Rules> ∙ After using the washing machine and dryer, immediately clean the filter and leave the door open. ∙ We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by leaving laundry unattended.
