Yeungnam University Hospital and Daegu National University of Education, as well as a pretty pavilion where you can relax and enjoy the scenery, are all within a 5-9 minute walk. Since it is located in the city center, it is convenient to get anywhere in Daegu. The house is a 4-5 minute walk from Exit 2 of Gyodae Station. It is 2 stops to Banwoldang Station and 3 stops to Jungangno Station in downtown Daegu. It is in a central location no matter where you go, making it very convenient to live here. There are tons of famous restaurants near Myeongdeok Station, a 9-minute walk away, and Yeungdae Intersection Station, also a 9-minute walk away, is lined with great restaurants. You will have exclusive use of the entire second-floor unit, as well as the rooftop space. We have provided a Dolce Gusto, so you can brew some coffee and enjoy a relaxing cup at the outdoor table while stargazing. Since this is a cozy two-story family home, we are looking for someone who wants to relax comfortably as if it were their own home and find true rest. The front door leading up to the second floor is a private entrance used exclusively by our family. The entrance to the private staircase on the first floor is a steel door, and once you open that iron door and enter, there is another door lock entrance to the second-floor unit. Because it has double doors, it is safe even for a woman living alone, and you can comfortably use the entire second floor as a whole, as well as the third-floor rooftop exclusively. The stairs leading up to the second floor might be a bit difficult for the elderly and young children. You are free to smoke on the rooftop, which is used exclusively by the family. We are looking for someone who will keep things quiet. As this is a quiet residential area, we apologize to those who want to laugh, chat loudly, drink, and party, but No problem♥ 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, utility room, laundry room, rooftop. The queen bed features a high-end latex mattress, so you will be able to sleep soundly. The downsides are that you will have to go up and down the stairs between the apartment and the rooftop, and there is no parking lot within the building. It might be possible for a very small compact car, though. Also, it isn't located right on the main road like an officetel or hotel; it takes about 4 to 5 minutes to walk from the station. Neither the apartment nor the entrance to the alley leading to it is luxurious. However, the surroundings are very quiet, and even though it is in the city center, you can hear birds singing through the large window in the morning. I recommend this place to those looking for a quiet, restful stay. I would appreciate it if you could think of it as borrowing a friend's house to relax.
