- This is the closest accommodation to the Gangnam Express Bus Terminal and Gangnam St. Mary's Hospital in Banpo-dong. - It is located within the Banpo academy district. - It is convenient as there is an elevator inside the building. - For those working in Gangnam, it offers the optimal living environment where you can enjoy all amenities close by without the hustle and bustle. - Interns and staff at Gangnam St. Mary's Hospital and the Marriott Hotel, as well as students using the Banpo academy district, are welcome. - Located in a triple station area served by Lines 3, 7, and 9, it provides quick connections to anywhere in Seoul. - We constantly maintain a pleasant and clean environment. 6-minute drive to Gangnam Station; access to major areas in Seoul within 20 minutes by car. ☆Available dates may differ from the calendar, so please contact the host for details :) ☆Only guests under the age of 55 are allowed to check in. This is a shower room with a window facing the hallway and a private shower inside. (Please use the shared restroom.) There is an elevator for convenient movement. - A drum washing machine, dryer, individual door lock, and internet are provided.
