This is a recently remodeled detached house. It features a lawn yard of approximately 300 pyeong, which is available for free use. - Workcation available (Please bring your own PC equipped with a monitor and printer) - Glamping available (Tent setup possible) - Seasonal field experience available - BBQ available (A separate 30,000 KRW cleaning fee applies. Please note that due to contactless operation, ingredients and fire setup are self-service) - Index pool installation available The property includes a living room, one bathroom, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a loft (meditation room). Each room is equipped with an air conditioner. Air conditioner remotes are located on the living room table, the desk in the bedroom, and the vanity in the ondol room. There is a supermarket (convenience store) near the accommodation. <Parking> Upon entry, there are sections with chains hanging between the fences. Please be sure to remove the chains before entering with your vehicle. After entering, please drive past the lawn and park in the area covered with black non-woven fabric. Idling on the lawn is prohibited. 🏞 Attractions Near the Accommodation [Namhangang (Outdoor Riding) / Gukwonseong (Inland Riding) Equestrian Club] Enjoy a special time with horses while gazing at the scenery of the Namhangang River at an equestrian center close to the accommodation. This unique experience is recommended for families and couples alike, as it is safe for beginners to participate in. [Tangeumdae] Located along the Namhangang River, this pavilion offers a panoramic view of Danyang and Chungju. The night view is particularly beautiful, and it is also a great spot for a leisurely stroll. [Jungangtap Historic Park] Hosted by the Chungju Tappyeong-ri Seven-story Stone Pagoda, the oldest in Korea, this park features tranquil walking paths and a grassy plaza, making it perfect for a family outing. [Namhangang Campsite] Located by the river, this campsite offers a relaxing space where you can enjoy barbecues and camping amidst wide-open nature. [Binaeseom Island] A beautiful eco-tourism destination famous as a filming location for dramas and movies, offering different charms depending on the season. [Chungju Jangja Wetland Canoe Experience] This is a waterway-type canoe experience center located near the Jojeongji Dam. You will see a ginkgo tree in the rice field opposite the elementary school's main gate, and there is a Children's Protection Zone enforcement camera at the intersection. If you are coming from Wonju or downtown Chungju, please turn left; if you are coming from Seoul, Icheon, or Janghowon, please turn right. Occasionally, drivers may be directed past the intersection in front of the elementary school and into a narrow alleyway near the convenience store.
