Please keep TV and music volume down after 10 PM, and refrain from holding parties. Entry by outsiders is restricted 🚷 No one other than registered residents is permitted to enter the property. If visitors are needed, prior arrangements must be made. Furniture and Furnishings Management 🛋️ The furniture and appliances provided are common property, so you must report any damage or loss immediately. Intentional damage may result in charges.
