A market is located right behind the property, and it is very close to a large supermarket, Starbucks, a bus stop, and Yeongildae Beach. Jukdo Market, Songdo Beach, POSCO, and the Yeongilman Industrial Complex are also within a 10-minute drive, making it convenient for sightseeing. It is also a great place to stay for business trips.
