[1] Parking Space This officetel is registered as a paid parking lot. Please install the 'Kakao T' or 'Modu Parking' app, register as a member, search for 'Sindorim Viva Hills', and pay the usage fee to park. (As of July 2025 - Weekday daytime 5-hour parking: 4,000 KRW; Weekday 12:00–24:00 parking: 7,000 KRW) Electric vehicles are not allowed to park. Please use nearby public parking lots. Please install the 'Kakao T' or 'Modu Parking' app, register as a member, search for 'Sindorim Viva Hills', and park after paying the fee. Two free parking spaces are available in front of the officetel, but since they are not designated spots, you cannot use them if another vehicle is already parked there. 📌 Electric vehicles are not allowed to park. 📌 The user is responsible for any accidents that occur while using the parking tower; the management office and Viva Hills bear no liability or compensation whatsoever.
