If the sofa becomes soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged. 3. Please do not touch the TV screen. Any scratches or other problems will result in a charge. 4. We conduct a company-sponsored pest control once a month, but due to the nature of single-family homes, bugs may enter, and refunds are not possible due to this. (Make sure to close the mosquito net. Cockroaches in Jeju Island have wings. If you leave the door open, all kinds of bugs will come in. ㅜㅜ) 5. Smoking is prohibited indoors/pets are not allowed. 6. The Chinese-style house does not have gas facilities. The use of open flames indoors or outdoors is prohibited. 7. Front yard -Please use it only until 10 PM. We spray mosquitoes once a week, but there are still mosquitoes. Please apply the provided mosquito repellent and, if necessary, light mosquito coils (in the red drawer on the second floor). There is a water supply facility in the front yard on the right. If you've been to the beach, please wash off the sand in the front yard before entering!
