Violators will be charged a cleaning fee of 100,000 won and asked to leave. ※ Smoking allowed in the barbecue zone 2) The maximum occupancy for the accommodation is 4 people. Visiting by additional guests, pets without prior notice, and unaccompanied minors is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave without a refund. ※ CCTV at the main gate is constantly monitoring 3) The accommodation is located in a quiet and secluded village, so to prevent noise disturbance to residents, the use of Bluetooth speakers, microphones, etc. outside is prohibited. After 10 PM, use of outside facilities is prohibited as a courtesy time. 4) While the property is regularly inspected by a pest control company, due to the nature of the property, insects may occasionally be found. If you are sensitive to insects, we ask you to reconsider your reservation. To avoid any inconvenience caused by insects, please close the front door and windows immediately after entering or leaving the property. 5) The barbecue zone and fire pit are available for a fee. Please contact us in advance if you wish to use them. The price includes a bundle of firewood, a torch (self-installed with butane gas), a kindling agent, and outdoor cooking utensils. Please contact the host if you require additional firewood. After using the barbecue zone, please ensure the fire is completely extinguished and clean up all used utensils. Guests will be held fully responsible and liable for any fire caused by negligence after using the barbecue zone. 6) The outdoor sauna is available for a fee. Please contact us in advance if you wish to use it. Smoking and eating or drinking, including snacks, are strictly prohibited in the sauna. If you smell food or cigarette smoke, you will be asked to leave without a cleaning fee or refund. 7) The host is not responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by the guest's negligence. If facilities or equipment are damaged due to the guest's negligence, the guest is responsible for compensation.
