I came to Jeju with my two daughters and stayed for a month, and I was looking for a clean and safe accommodation above all else. After carefully reviewing purchase reviews, I chose this place, and when I first visited, I was reassured that the photos matched the actual appearance perfectly. The accommodation was overall clean and cozy, making it great to stay with the kids. In particular, when the host heard that my daughters were coming, they thoughtfully prepared a new sofa mat for us, and I was truly grateful for such attentive care. The surrounding amenities were closer than I expected. There were many restaurants and cafes nearby, and Seogwipo Starbucks, Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, and Uniqlo were all close by, so there was no major inconvenience during the month-long stay. I used Nonghyup Oil next to Seogwipo Hanaro Mart for gas, and it was convenient because free car washing was included with purchases over 30,000 won. It was even more convenient because the staff pumped the gas directly, so I didn't have to do self-service. Also, even on days when I came back to the accommodation late at night, there was a parking spot right in front of the house, which was great. Since I was traveling with kids, the fact that I didn't have to park late and walk far to the accommodation was a subtle but significant advantage. Best of all was the host's kindness. Whenever I had questions, they contacted me right away and resolved issues quickly, so even though I was worried coming to Jeju with two kids, they were reassuring and dependable in many ways. Since I spent a month in summer, if I get the chance, I'd like to come back and stay in spring or autumn next time. I'd like to recommend this accommodation to those planning a month-long stay in Jeju as a place with good value for money and comfortable living. I think I'll stay here again if I do another month-long stay next time. :)

However, because it's not in the heart of the downtown area, it's more convenient to travel by car than on foot or by public transportation. Above all, the convenient parking made it easy to move around without any hassle. The accommodation features two queen-size beds, making it ideal for families of two to four. The spacious layout also ensured a comfortable stay. The fact that it was fully equipped with most of the necessities for daily life meant I didn't have to pack too much, which was a huge plus. Basic amenities like simple cooking and laundry were also available, making it convenient for long-term stays. The location was also satisfactory. Hanaro Mart was about a five-minute drive away, making grocery shopping convenient. The proximity to hospitals and restaurants in downtown Seogwipo made getting around easy. I felt it was a perfect location for both sightseeing and everyday life. What particularly impressed me was the host's thoughtful consideration. Thanks to the electric blanket provided for the weather, we had a warm and comfortable stay. It was a small detail, but I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the guests. Overall, the accommodation was quiet, conveniently located, family-friendly, and warmly welcoming. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Seogwipo.

The accommodation is well-equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils, making it convenient for daily living and preparing simple meals. There are also many good restaurants nearby, making it a convenient place to find dining. It is a great place to stay for those traveling by car, as there is no traffic congestion and it is easy to get to and from. The parking lot is spacious, so it is nice to be able to park comfortably whenever you arrive, and accessibility is excellent as you can visit nearby recreational forests or hiking trails without having to go through the city center.

The host responded very quickly, which was great. The spacious and clean studio apartment was exactly as advertised, and I was able to stay comfortably in a quiet environment. I felt kindness and thoughtfulness throughout, and it was really satisfactory for the price. It's a place I'd like to visit again.

The most important thing about my one-month stay in Jeju was having two beds. With a limited budget and limited options, finding a place was a challenge, and I found this place! It wasn't a separate room, but the bedding was clean and everything I needed was provided, making it very comfortable. I brought a lunch box and a few kitchen utensils, but they weren't needed at all. A different friend came to stay with me every week, and I loved the place. The host was very friendly and promptly addressed any issues. The four-story apartment also had an elevator and ample parking, which was convenient. Hotel-style, the power shuts off when you take out your card key, and there's a switch in the living room to control all the lights. Since I'm used to having individual light switches in each room, it was a bit inconvenient. It was nice to have a washer and dryer, but since the air conditioning system is system-controlled, hanging laundry out to dry in the evenings rather than using the dryer helped with the humidity. The humidifier I brought with me was incredibly helpful. It's located midway between Jungmun and Wimi, making it a great location for traveling east to west, but a car is a must! It's a quiet neighborhood where you can hear birds chirping in the morning and see Mt. Halla.
