Within 1~2 kilometers, there are 3 cafes, 1 convenience store, 2 marts, 1 public library, and 1 rural elementary school. (Recommended by Cafe Suyeon Mokseo) Delivery of Chinese food, chicken, and rice is available. Delivery of mart is also available for purchases over 30,000 won. Delivery areas including E-mart and Coupang. Public transportation stops within 15 kilometers: Gonjiam Station on the Gyeonggang Line, Yangpyeong Station on the Jungang Line, Gonjiam Terminal There is a hospital, large mart, and foreign food mart within 15 kilometers. Our accommodation is a country house located in a quiet, quaint and cozy village. It is relatively close to Seoul and is close to Donggonjiam IC, making transportation convenient. Suyeonmokseou, a cafe near the villa, is a cafe with a great atmosphere that is hard to find even in Seoul. In May and June, the road from the villa to Ipobo is lined with dense forests, creating a charming atmosphere. There is a small rural elementary school and a library in the nearby village of Sangpum-ri, so it is a good place to quietly experience the atmosphere of a rural village. We recommend that you spend your time leisurely and invite your friends to enjoy the life of a country house.
