Cozy House in Songdang-ri #HotSpot These Days

First of all, the host was very kind and quick in handling check-in/check-out and inquiries!! I wish I had taken pictures of the house... ㅠㅠㅠ ; This is a highly recommended place! We searched through many accommodations while coming to Jeju for a 9-night, 10-day stay with our toddler, but this was the only house that met all our conditions. If you're looking for a place like us with a young baby, I highly recommend this house!! Let me start by explaining the conditions we were looking for....(Warning: very particular) ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️ 0. A place with both a washing machine and dryer! 1. Separate living room, at least 1+ bedrooms / Must have a room without a bed!!! (Parents need rest while the baby sleeps + A room without a bed where we can put the baby down without worrying about falls) 2. Blackout curtains on windows (Without curtains, the baby can't nap or sleep well at night) 3. Convenient parking (Parking nightmare.. When traveling with a baby, accommodations without parking are just impossible) 4. Check if there are dangerous items the baby could grab while standing (We avoided houses with lots of tall lamps or dangling decorations ㅠㅠ ) 5. Must have a middle door (Without it, the baby could roll around in the shoe rack..) 6. Convenient gas stove & microwave (Since we were staying for a considerable period and wanted to take good care of the baby's meals, we brought pre-portioned baby food cubes and needed a place where we could cook) 7. Refrigerator with a freezer (We needed to freeze the baby food cubes we brought, so we skipped places that only had regular refrigerators) 8. Within our accommodation budget When it was just the two of us, we would just go anywhere for good value or aesthetic accommodations (?), but now that we have a baby and are staying for an extended period, there are so many things to consider. However, this was the only house that met all these conditions, and we stayed so comfortably without any inconvenience at all, and the host was very kind! The only slight (?) downside is that it's a difficult area to use delivery apps like Coupang Eats or Baemin, but for families who want to stay comfortably and quietly, I highly recommend this place!!! 👍👍👍👍We just picked up sushi and chicken on the way to the restaurant when we wanted late-night snacks ㅋㅋㅋ

The host responded quickly, and the entire process from booking to moving in went smoothly. The house was cozy and clean as described, and with 2 rooms, a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen, it was perfect for our family of 4 to stay together!♡ Since it's Jeju Island, I expected some bugs to appear, but I was scared when centipede-like creatures came out in the bathroom twice ㅜㅋㅋ But overall, we had a comfortable stay without any inconvenience!

It's my first time in the East, so I only booked for a week and I regret it so much! There are quite a few pretty cafes and restaurants nearby, and the neighborhood is so beautiful! The house is very well maintained and I didn't have to worry about parking either~ I'll definitely come back on my next Jeju trip! Beautiful Songdang-ri, beautiful house, goodbye!!

It's a hot spot with clean and beautiful interiors and great restaurants. If you have your own car, it's a great location with good value for money and convenient access to anywhere.

I had a wonderful 12 nights at the second accommodation of my one-month stay in Jeju. The weather was so nice during the last few days of my stay that I was a little disappointed, but I'm leaving this review after boarding the ferry to Wando, leaving a lasting impression. After my first day, I asked the host about any shortcomings, and he immediately addressed them, ensuring a comfortable stay. Next time I visit, I'd love to visit in the summer, to fully enjoy the lush nature around Songdang-ri and relax. I also appreciated the tangerine snacks and coffee provided by the host.
