It is a comfortable healing space in a quiet neighborhood with no noise between floors, which is an advantage of being independent. It's a quiet neighborhood, but it's not quiet because there are neighbors. Please note that the pool is only available from July to September, and the parking lot, pool, and front yard are monitored by CCTV for accident prevention. 📍 Location and surroundings The accommodation is located at the entrance of Bomun Tourist Complex. You can enjoy jogging or walking along the Bomun Lake walking path within 10 minutes on foot. There are convenience stores and many restaurants within a 5-minute walk. If you look at Gyeongju, the representative tourist destination in Korea, There are many tourist attractions nearby, accessible by car.

Additional rules

Absolutely no smoking indoors. 🚭 No glassware is allowed in the pool or yard (and you shouldn't walk around barefoot). If glassware breaks, please clean it up for everyone's safety and notify the manager. Foods with strong odors, such as fish or meat, cannot be cooked indoors. When using the barbecue, please use an electric grill or portable gas burner (you must prepare butane gas yourself). The use of charcoal and firewood is strictly prohibited to prevent fire. Please clean the portable gas burner immediately after use. Please be sure to separate your trash into separate bins by type. If you collect food waste and put it in a dedicated container, we will empty it every 7 days. We provide one 20-liter garbage bag every 7 days.

  • This is a short-term stay. Some daily necessities may not be provided. Please note that terms and services differ from standard accommodations.

  • This reservation is for short-term temporary occupancy and does not carry protections such as right of resistance, priority repayment, implied renewal, guaranteed stay period, or mandatory provisions. (Housing Lease Protection Act, Article 11)

  • The listed size may slightly differ from the actual size due to building structure and measurement standards. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

  • External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.

  • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.

  • We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.
